Withdraw a purchase

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying, you can withdraw from the purchase and get your money back. You do it right here, and the money goes back the same way you paid.

  • Plus: the whole amount, and Plus ends.
  • Questions for the Coach: as long as you haven't started using the questions.
  • A gift card: as long as the code hasn't been redeemed.

Good to know

We ask for the email address your receipt went to, so that we know the purchase is yours. That's where we send a confirmation, with the time we received your notice. If you would rather email, that's fine too: write to hello@lavichess.com and say which purchase it concerns. Everything about the right of withdrawal is in the terms.

Just want Plus to stop renewing? Cancel under Account on your profile. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for; canceling gives no money back.
